Origin of Lifetime Lost Travel

Hi I’m Mitch, an avid traveller and amatuer photographer.

My travel journey started like most with a solo trip to Europe at the age of 18. This was met with both fear and excitement, really having no idea about what awaited me on the other side of the world.

I certainly didn’t expect that this experience was about to change the entire trajectory of my life.

Since then I have travelled to 47 countries over a period of 12 years, with one of those spent living in Europe and working as a Trip Manager.

Travel highlights include camping in the Serengeti National Park Tanzania, driving the entirety of Iceland’s iconic Ring Road, hiking in the Italian Dolomites, Island Hopping in Thailand, flying in a Hot Air Balloon over Cappadocia Turkey, and Snorkeling with Whale Sharks in the Philippines.

Travel is my greatest passion, even talking about it makes me feel energised.

I am by no means an expert, simply someone who loves to learn from the experiences of others whilst sharing some of their own. In this blog you will find travel tips and practical advice focusing on the best photography locations, hiking trails and road trip itineraries from around the world.
